| Job Sum mary | The Waiter is responsible for serving guests efficiently and maintaining high standards of hospitality. This role includes managing beverages, monitoring expiry of sweets and lassi, maintaining cold drink fridges, and attending to guest needs. The Waiter also ensures hygiene compliance, tracks wastage, updates stock demands, and maintains equipment in the service area. |
| Qualification | Certification in hospitality or food safety (preferred).Customer service training (preferred). |
| Skills | Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to multitask during peak service hours.Knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation standards.Understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations.Basic stock management skills. |
| Languages Required | English, Hindi (Arabic is a plus) |
| Experience | Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing hospitality role.Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred. |
