| Job Summary | The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for supervising front-of-house operations, maintaining service quality, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting the Outlet Manager in day-to-day outlet performance. |
| Qualification | High school diploma or equivalent.Diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus. |
| Skills | Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent customer service and communication abilities.Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts calmly.Basic knowledge of POS and outlet billing systems.Good time management and shift handling skills. |

| Experience | Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a restaurant or retail supervisor role.Experience in handling teams and busy service hours. |
