Job Summary The HR Manager is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, policy implementation, and performance management across all branches. The role ensures compliance with labor laws and promotes a positive workplace culture.
QualificationBachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business Administration or HR certifications preferred (e.g. SHRM, CIPD).
SkillsStrong knowledge of HR systems and labor regulations.Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.Organized, detail-oriented, and ethical.Ability to manage training programs and employee records.Strong communication and documentation skills.
Languages RequiredEnglish, Hindi (Arabic is a plus)
ExperienceMinimum 3–5 years in HR role, preferably in hospitality or retail.Experience managing multiple branches or teams is a plus.
